Firstly, I have chosen this logo for my artist as the wings not only have connotations of freedom and independence, but also have the colours that most people would associate with summer, happiness and having little stresses. I chose for the colours to be a pastel shade as it is less sharp to solid darker shades ad it is more suited to the artists' personality that I am creating. The logo however may appeal to more females as, stereotypically, the colours are more feminine as well as the choice of  wings. The artist should still appeal to the male gender, although the video may offer a more feminist approach.
